Anna has shown nothing but patience and understanding as a host. She checked in with me occasionally, during my trip; to make sure the vehicle was treating me well! I really appreciate everything she’s done to accommodate me. This was my 2nd trip! I feel there’s few things to tweak a bit, as far as cleanliness…but overall the car rides great and excellent on gas. I would definitely rent it again!
