If you need something to get you from point A to point B it works other than that. They were dents all around the car. The passenger seat has a cigarette burn hole in it. The ceiling is disgusting. There’s cuts along the dashboard so yeah.. oh and the breaks are starting to squeak.

I have never given a bad review and I hate to be this person, because I am so understandable. If I could rate this a negative 0 I would do exactly that. Worst experience ever through Turo. I am a top renter and I expected a better experience than this one.

It was so horrible that I did not even leave or check in with the car. I caught two uber there and back wasting $80 more not including the other inconveniences that I had to pay out of pocket. He caused me to pay more than I had expected and almost missed my family’s graduation day. The car stayed exactly in the pickup location. Also, the car was on E all the way before I even arrived to the location. Host failed to directly communicate the actual condition of the car. He told me that it was dusty from the shop, and I did not have a problem with doing a good favor to clean the dust and head to my destination. Whenever I had arrived the car was not as pictured. The host knew and tried to make me submit different photos from the ones listed above. The car was disgusting, smelled like cigarettes, and damaged. I tried to work towards a healthy resolution even after being told to not report the situation. He lied to me and contacted Turo telling them a whole different thing while trying to offer me $75 of my money back. I paid $200 and some change for the car. I kindly asked for my money back and tried to work with the host on a solution to give me my money back. He did not care about the inconvenience nor did he say I apologize and take accountability for any of it. Instead he called Turo and got my account restricted without saying anything to me. He was dishonest about what he actually told Turo. The car was so traumatizing! I felt like I was in a trap car without the actual drug dealers being present. He kept dismissing me as I called him about my money stating that he was with his wife so he will have to talk to me later. Then he would say I will call Turo and whatever they send me, I will send to you. Like sir what are you talking about? How are you trying to get me to not report you and you are being dishonest and trying to be a criminal behind the scene. I try to be the person that I would love for people to actually be. I give trust until a person gives me a reason not to trust them. This is a misdemeanor and this car should not be listed on Turo for anyone to rent. It is unsafe.

Amon was amazing! This was my second time renting from him and he’s such a great host. Always available when I need him. 100000/10 experience!!
