Beware this host is shady. I should have known when the host did not respond to my messages regarding reviewing my ID that this was going to be a bad decision. I finally get an approval followed by a text asking if I can send him a photo of the gas and mileage. Which leads me to believe that he had no prior knowledge of what the vehicle looked like! Not only that, the vehicle was disgusting and had the previous driver’s belongings still inside. I had this vehicle for less than 24 hours I turn it in and now I’m being accused of damages I did not commit. This host is a scammer ! Let’s not forget he stated that his co worker seen me at the gas station with damages to the vehicle. This host is having his vehicles tailed as you use them! Please use this host as your very last option or not at all!

From the beginning to end of my trip, my customer service experience at my host's place of business was an absolute delight. The vehicle that I rented was clean, comfortable and it didn't give me any issues. I will definitely be recommending them to others as well as use them again for myself. Thank you
