The car was delivered well before my reservation began. In the middle of my reservation when the car needed to be serviced and have the tires replaced, it was picked up and returned back to me within the same day without any issues.
The key fob broke the second day I got the car, and was told I would receive a replacement when they came to get the car serviced, but that didn’t happen. Other than that, it was a good experience, and i would rent from them again.

The Kia was in great condition and smooth ride and the A/C was very cold. Fast response communication from the host as well.

Host is good but car was in not in good state.. broken bumper tied with zip tie and smoke smell.. host helped me with replacement car which is just okay to drive
