Was a bit disappointed and shocked when I first saw the car with broken hubcaps held on with zip ties, not thoroughly cleaned on the outside, and smelling like smoke and urine inside the car.

The vehicle was returned to us shortly before your trip with damaged hub caps. We are waiting on the hubcaps from the dealer.
We had washed the vehicle the night before your trip prior to checking the vehicle in and it happened to rain overnight.
I’m unsure what the smell of smoking you and you are describing as the vehicle does not smell like that. That is not accurate representation of our vehicle
