Seats was EXTREMELY DIRTY, needs shampooing and not sanitized. However, the customer service was INCREDIBLE. I really want to give a 5 star for just that.

Thank you for your feedback. We vacuum and wash the vehicle after every trip and shampoo the seats monthly. Unfortunately, the previous guest spilled soda on the seats, and there wasn't enough time to shampoo them before your check-in, as the seats require up to 24 hours to dry after cleaning. We apologize for the inconvenience and will make sure the seats are fully shampooed before your next trip.

Thanks Agnes for renting from us. The car get full synthetic oil change every 5k miles and it had 1k miles left for next oil change. I think the shop forgot to reset it last time and that's why you got the message during your trip.
