Initially requested her Benz that was posted available, booked and paid for it! Then I was notified that it wasn’t available. She did provide me with alternative vehicles last minute but wasn’t as luxurious as the one I wanted. Then I get to the replacement car drive off and get to work after a few days and was denied of gate entry due to registration being out. The car owner said to look at the buyers receipt that will have date stating it isn’t expired. However the buyers receipt is just stating you purchased the vehicle. The insurance card was also expired. I provided these details and the inconvenience and there was no sympathy or accommodations. I rate my experience a negative 1. Yea the car worked and got me around illegally.

Hello Jalesa
We totally understand your frustration however we tried to explain to you that its a new car purchased from dealership and the DMV issued a temp receipt to be used till the sticker arrives. Its not an expired registration. As for the insurance i am not sure which insurance you are talking about because once the car is on a trip Turo protection is active and insurance valid till Feb 2027.Vehicle swap took into consideration the difference between the two cars in terms of cost.
Thanks
Car was clean and drove well.
