Everything was easy peasy. From finding the location of the vehicle to the check-in/ check-out process. The car was in great condition. I had no issues during my trip. And the few times that I had questions, Easton was very quick to respond. Very helpful. Very friendly. Highly recommend.

Everything went great! No major issues. The only thing i would say is that the breaks could maybe use a check up as the car shook pretty badly when the brakes were being hit and the response time was delayed some. Otherwise everything was good!

Car was great. Car renter/Host was great.
The car return instructions were wrong. TURO told me I could do a curbside return but when I went there, there was nowhere to leave it so I contacted the car renter owner and they told me yeah you can’t park it there so I had to move it to a different area and navigate out of one parking lot to get into another area then TURO charged me additional charges.
