I feel like this host (co-host Ryan) could’ve been a little more flexible with my disabilities when I contacted them to end my trip early.

I appreciate your feedback and absolutely understand the importance of finding the right vehicle fit. On Turo, guests do choose the specific car they’d like ahead of time, and I’m always happy to help answer any questions about the vehicle before the trip starts. This is a soft top convertible sports car so it is a bit low to the ground and louder than a sedan. I am sorry if I wasn't able to issue a refund because the car was lower to the ground and louder than you expected.

Michael is always fantastic to work with!! Excellent communication, pickup and drop off couldn’t be easier, car in great condition and clean. We had the chance to take this up through Glacier for the day, and it was just perfect with the top down. 🙌😳☺️👌
