The host was very unprofessional. Brought me the car late and also refused to give me a discount when they had said they would for the inconvenience. Worst experience I’ve ever had when renting on Turo

We delivered the vehicle that you booked, a 2024 Toyota Camry Se spotless. We called you to let you know what was going on and you were so pleased and said that was okay. We also offered you 2 hrs free towards your extension or a 10% discount on your next booking. You said you wanted 2days free for 1hr, that we can’t do.
