This was the worst reservation I’ve booked with Turo.
The host was unclear and contradictory in their communication, the car had service issues, the vehicle was not clean and had sand in between the seats and some broken green acrylic nails in the side pocket, and the listing was inaccurate this car did not have Bluetooth.
Would not rent with this host again.
We’re disappointed to hear this feedback, as it does not reflect the experience we strive to provide for our guests. The vehicle was cleaned and inspected prior to the trip, and the listing accurately describes the features included with the car. This guest is being malicious and I believe turo should take disciplinary actions towards this guests account for such false allegations.
