Only thing was ac stopped working

Car was extremely dirty when picked up it was almost empty on gas had only the left break light working after just a couple hours of having the car it turned off multiple times while driving also tags expired this month I missed work due to this huge inconvenience and was not given a compensation for the day I was unable to use the car I was just replaced a car for the remaining days I lost out on entire day and was not given a reimbursement for the day I didn’t use the car Turo has not acknowledged this and keeps telling me their policy is to only shorten the trip and rebook a car for the remaining days I would strongly advise you not to rent from this client also client refused to pick the car up and due to this Turo was not able to end my trip because he did not pick the car up right away so I was basically on his time
