Car works great, but this “company” is doing what seems like shady business. The check in was with a guy that gives you the keys at the airport and walks you to the car and that’s the first time I see that using Turo but it was alright. Checkout was not good. At first, the guy who does the check in told me to return the car at the same spot where I picked it up, but two days later he texted my personal number (which I didn’t like) and asked me to return it to a different location with very vague instructions. He wanted me to return the car at a regular car rental company as if it was theirs and use their van to get to the airport. The car rental company did not allow this nor had any knowledge of this arrangement. I had to call the guy multiple times and when he answered he told me to return it at any airport parking lot available. This confusion got me pretty upset and I lost time to get to my flight. Three stars feels pretty generous but that’s just because the car works as expected and it comes with a couple charging cables. If it’s possible, avoid this “company”.
