Car was great, but could have used earlier correspondence about check out! Hope I did the right thing.

when i booked the car, a little while later i got a message stating there car had issues and wasn’t available. afterwards i asked if there was another car available , and i was told YES. come to find out it was the EXACT same car and it was dirty inside. and rattled the entire time i had it. towards the end of the trip, i was asked to wash the car and clean it for the person renting it out next. overall i wasnt satisfied with the experience and only stayed with the car due to not being able to find another car available for 4-5 days.
