Car was great, I read a lot of reviews about a cigarette smell, I personally never smelled anything in the car. The pick up and drop off was very easy and convenient. Owner was very communicative about everything with the process. Even reached out to check on how I felt about the car midway through. Highly recommend!

New car, physically in good condition. Smoke smell in the car, several air fresheners to try and cover it up. Noticed it the night we picked it up, still there in the morning. Returned it early with Turo support.

as I mentioned before, the only thing they was smelling was four different pinecones because i love the way they smell
unfortunantly my guest did not and assumed it was smoke smell Nobody has never smoked in this particular vehicle and we wiped it down fully as we mentioned it was fully clean. It shouldn’t smell like no smoke at all but thanks for the constructive critism
