Easy process!

For being 12 years old, this car is well maintained and the pick up/drop off process was very easy and clear. Great gas mileage in the city as well.

Fernando was great, and incredibly helpful. The interior of the vehicle was immaculate and had a huge after market screen! The car shifting was a little rough in the first couple gears, but once past that it was a dream. Thanks again!

I was in Minnesota for a family reunion and rented this car. Nice, clean and has good gas mileage. I had zero issues with the car. Definitely will be renting again when I come back.

I have rent 5 vehicles in the last 5 weeks.
This vehicle had many things wrong:
Radio, pretty much non-functional
non-functional
Transmission - I am not a mechanic. It felt like it might be on its last legs.
Speed - anything over 70 felt wobbly and unsafe.
First night, daughter and I were unable to open passenger door. After minutes, we finally got it to open. I guess you could say... major safety issue.
All bother vehicles I leave rented were good.
May not even rent through Turo again since they allowed this vehicle to be rented under their name

The car has Ford's dual clutch transmission which makes these cars shift as manual transmission cars at take off. I had 3 of same cars and they all shift the same way. I had ask to show you how to use the radio but you told me you were pretty good at using those things.
