Couldn’t find the car. So never even rented it. But was made to pay fully for services that were never used, without a refund of any kind. Contacted the owner to let him know I needed to cancel. And was wanting to get at least a partial refund. And that my Uber driver had been driving me around for quite some time being patient and kind enough to do so. And the owner’s reply was that nothing could be done once the trip had begun. I found it rather odd considering the trip was never taken.
