The pickup location was fine. It was my first time driving an EV and it was stressful when travelling an hour because I had to locate a Chargepoint during the trip to charge. If there is not much time to spare, the fast charging stations are rare to find and may be a a distance but worth it. At pickup, the car was not washed or vacuumed but I cleaned the windows daily for better viewing. The rear seats fold down which was a plus for my bags. All in all it was a good value.
