Great car and smooth transition from the airport

Car was very clean inside and in pretty good shape, about 101k miles at the writing of this review. Had to take the complimentary airport shuttle to a nearby hotel and walk a few minutes to pick up the car. Instructions were clear and host was helpful and responsive.

The car had a bad smell when we picked it up. The owner reimbursed us for buying new air fresheners, and he said they would do a deep clean once it was returned.

Great price! I didn’t like walking with luggage to find car down street from hotel. Car was a little banged up but all in all it was worth what I paid for renting it. I may rent again, not sure.
