For sure the worst experience ive ever had on turo, Car was not taken care of at all seats were black and teared up dirty, didnt even want to sit on them. AC Was not working and the guy at pickup didnt even know what to tell me or how to fix it, Along with so many other issues with cleanliness, safety and dash signs. Pick up is a hassle when choosing train station having to take a 30 min uber to the car. Car has seen better days for sure.

We were charged for a pickup and drop off but we picked up in the spot the car was parked . The convertible top didn’t go down because the sensor seemed to not work
