Absolutely awesome experience! The car was waiting in the long term parking section of BWI upon our arrival with clearly and easy instructions to find it. The car was clean and ran perfect. We were nearly an hour later than our scheduled return time due to traffic and we were not charged a penny extra for the overage. Amazing experience! So much easier than rental counters. We will definitively rent from them again. Thank you!
