Great communication and very clean car

The car was perfect for us. It was our first time using Turo so we had a few issues completing pick up and drop off. But all was fine and the host was responsive enough.

Turo car was great. Car super clean, perfect for our needs. Only hiccough was photos for location pickup were incorrect. Tried texting without individualized response. We spent an hour looking for car as location in app was wrong. Otherwise great.

The car was reliable, pickup was easy. The reason for 3 stars is that throughout my trip I received many messages from the host reminding me that any damage would be billed to me, which is common sense. No need for the constant reminders.
The seats in the car were stained badly. The constant messages just added stress.

Regarding the seats, we take cleanliness very seriously and thoroughly reviewed our pre-trip check-in photos from immediately before your rental. The seats were fully documented as clean and completely free of any stains.
