Car was good-clean and as advertised. One complaint was drop off pick up at long term parking. It took over 40 minutes to get the shuttle from airport to long term parking- 3 rental car buses went by in the time waiting for parking bus and same was true for return drop off. A large reason why I switched to Turo was convenience. Other BWI Turo rentals have been out of hourly parking. Which is walkable to airport. Not only did this drop/off pick up location add time to trip but it also added an extra 4 dollars to rental fee. They provided an 8 dollar credit for car exchange but my parking fee was 11 dollars. Over all car was good and as expected but not easy to pick up.
