The car had no front headlight on driver's side. The car told me it needed a headlight when I picked it up and I took picture of the display showing that message and sent it to her on the turo chat she told they worked
So I assumed it was a display glitch and luckily I got to my destination before dark but discovered after dark that I didn't have a headlight. So I paid 438.00 for a car I can only drive during daytime hours! It ruined my whole trip and turo customer support wanted to tow it across Texas and MAYBE THEY MIGHT BE ABLE TO GET ME A DIFFERENT CAR!!! HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO GET HOME IF ONE WASN'T AVAILABLE?
AND HOW WOULD I RETURN A CAR FROM TYLER TEXAS WHEN I LIVE IN MIDLAND TEXAS
VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE CAR OWNER AND TURO
I SHOULD HAVE RENTED FROM ENTERPRISE
