Car was very uncomfortable and it was not even the original one i wanted got switched twice

You originally rented a Sonic. It was a late return so instead of allowing Turo to cancel your trip. I gave you the same car just a different one. It’s a Sonic not a Cadillac we didn’t Engenear it so how can you be mad at us for it being uncomfortable.
