Driver side mirror vibrates so bad can’t see out of it
Hey Robert, thank you for the feedback. I do want to clarify that the vehicle was delivered clean and smoke-free before the trip. After the rental, there was evidence of smoking/vaping in the car, including a vape box left behind, which is against Turo policy and likely contributed to the odor mentioned in the review. The vehicle was also returned needing additional cleaning. We always strive to provide a clean and reliable experience for every guest and appreciate all feedback to improve.
