It would have been 5 stars except I wasn't able to get help from you returning it early. The parking lot helpline helped me. Then, I got an email from your company sating I was late! I better not be charged a late fee.
Also, I recommend asking people if they're flying in. My flight was late. You could have looked at the arrival time for my flight and not brought the car in early. I had to pay the $3 parking fee. That was your fault. If had been there at 11:30, I wouldn't have had ro pay that.
