I would not rent this car again. When it was handed over to us, it reeked of marijuana the smell was so unbearable that it took a full week to dissipate, and my trip was only 10 days long. The host promised to give me a discount at the end of the trip, but that never materialized. Furthermore, a tire went flat, and the host refused to take any responsibility for it; the locking lug nut key was so inaccessible that I had to call Turo Support and pay a fee, yet even they were unable to change the tire. I ended up having to take the car to a tire shop and pay for a brand new tire myself. Absolutely irresponsible!
Remember to say
1-I paid you 58 dollar to your bank account.
2- Gas level was returned empty When we delivered almost full.
3-You return the car 2 hours later after the trip ended and I didn’t charge you for use it when the trip ended.
4-The car was returned dirty inside and we did not charge for that either.
And Turo politics says, a flat tire is a guest responsibility, no host responsibility.
