We great experience with this rental company. The vehicle was clean and well maintained, and throughout our vacation, the car ran smooth from start to finish. when we ran into an issue, the host was helpful and professiona,l making everything stress free. We will definitely be using them again when we come back to miami.

Tidy and well maintained car. However, I had to wait for about 30 minutes while I received the car's location. But I was only informed after check-in time had begun.
We were on time and aim to be as close as possible to check-in to avoid extra parking costs.
Thanks for the 4 stars — my only one in 33 trips. On my end, the experience wasn’t great due to missing information, communication outside business hours, and parking fees that ended up costing almost as much as the trip itself.
I don’t think we’re a good fit for future rentals. Please consider other hosts next time.
