The car was exactly what I expected - clean, comfortable, and great on gas. All great with the car itself.
But the communication with the host was not great. Some messages I sent were not responded to. My license was not approved and I needed to call for the host to finalize it before I could pick up the car. But the biggest problem was that the car was not ready at the appointed time. It took several calls before I was able to speak with the host. He told me it was on the way and should be 10-15 minutes. After 30 minutes, the driver messaged me and said he told the host 50 minutes, not 15. The host suggested the driver drop the car off at the terminal door to save me time. But again the communication between host and driver was off. The car was left in the parking garage, but a different terminal. It took me an additional 25 minutes to get to the parking garage. So, I lost 1.5 hours of my vacation. The final problem occurred when I returned the car to the parking garage 1 hour early. They didn’t pick up the car for 2 hours so I had to pay a parking ticket for 2 hours instead of 1.

The hybrid was really great on gas. The adaptive cruise control was a nice feature.

Excellent host!!. Car was perfect. Clean, well maintained and as advertised. Pick up was seamless and communication was excellent. One of the better Turo experiences.
