The car pickup was straightforward, but the car was extremely dirty on the outside since it was parked outdoors. The interior was also not vacuumed and had a foul odor. Finding a street parking spot for drop-off was challenging because there wasn’t a designated spot for the car. Additionally, they mentioned that tolls were included in the booking, but they still charged me for them. Not sure if I would recommend.
