When I picked up the car, there was a very strong smell of cigarettes or such like that. And interior of the car was dirty. The seatbelt buckle was completely broken. I've rented cars in the U.S. many times, but I've never had such a bad experience—it's not an option I'd choose next time..

The car was pretty much dirty on the outside for pickup , it was also hard to get out the driver seat door I got stuck 2 times the amount of force I had to push the door to open is ridiculous and the car smells like smoke
