Polaris Slingshot

The host was great and communicative. Finding the location to pick up the Polaris at first was a little difficult for me to navigate through the Miami airport, but after sometime I was able to identify the vehicle. It was clean and prestige on the condition of it, however, if you are coming to Miami for vacation to visit, I do not recommend renting a slingshot for a long-term. I was uninformed and unaware that with the slingshot, you are not allowed to park it anywhere in a parking garage for some reason; you will be turned away. Also valet will not accept you to use their service if it’s needed in order to go to a specific restaurant. Another sidenote is that when visiting Miami you have a very high chance of running into rain at least at some point in the day, which takes for an uncomfortable ride if you need to be somewhere. The last thing is that the radio kept not allowing us to connect our phone to the vehicle and sometimes wouldn’t even allow the radio station to play. My husband and I are very big music people so this was just a really disappointing feature that we came across frequently. Other than that, it was a fun ride to enjoy, but I know next time I would only use the vehicle for a total of maybe two days, nothing more.

The host was very accommodating and responsive. During my trip I had to make a couple changes to my rental (all within the prepaid prescribed time) and the host adjusted accordingly.
