pick up was kinda tricky paid 40$ to leave the garage but everything else went smooth

This guest got into the wrong car because she failed to check and verify the license plate, and she even drove it out of the airport. Fortunately, I noticed that my car was still there and contacted her to let her know. She came back and was able to pick up the correct vehicle. She ended up paying $40 because she had paid the parking fee for a complete stranger’s car that she had mistakenly taken. Now, it’s unbelievable that she’s blaming me for her own mistake. A very ungrateful person.
First time renting on Turo and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Fernando was professional, responsive, and made everything effortless. The car was immaculate and exactly as described. From pickup to return, everything was excellent.
