100/10 experience. First time in Miami and wanted a luxury car comfortable for 3 adults. Couldn’t have chosen a better vehicle. Marcela’s S500 is practically brand new with an amazingly plush upgraded interior. The suspension feels like I was riding on clouds. Marcela was also extremely understanding about an error I made, communicative and highly professional. Next time I’m in Miami I won’t bother looking for another Turo host.
