The car came dirty, was late for drop off. The host continuously harassed me about where is the vehicle parked, went as far as following me in person and taking the pictures where I parked and called my employer asking about me and the car. I had to file a harassment complaint with Turo.
At drop of tried to change the drop off location at the last minute.
All around the worst experience of my life, would not rent again if it was the only car on earth…..
Extremely concerning guest. He took my recently purchased Mercedes-Benz to a Mercedes service facility on two separate days without my knowledge or authorization, where he works as a mechanic, and refused to clearly explain why. He failed to properly coordinate the return and left the key inside the vehicle. After the trip, I discovered damage underneath the car and concerns involving the exhaust system. Locations, messages, photos, and videos were documented. I would never rent to him again.
