Infelizmente em nenhum momento foi pontual e não teve o menor cuidado com a situação. Devolvi o carro com 3 dias de antecedência por motivos de saúde grave, situação totalmente ignorada. Além de ter atrasado 40 minutos na entrega, simplesmente não apareceu na devolução e apenas em cima da hora marcada falou que não conseguiria chegar a tempo e me obrigou a estacionar o carro no estacionamento, o que levou mais de 30 minutos até voltar para o terminal. Por fim, recebi o carro com tanque quase na reserva, motivo pelo qual devolvi da mesma forma.

My trip hosted by Mohamed and Asme was excellent - the car itself was clean, ran great, and the convertible feature was awesome. Mohamed was responsive to my questions and accommodating, and Asme who handled pickup and delivery was great too. Overall a great time and looking forward to my next trip.
