I am for the first time in Miami - everything went smooth, thanks to the host :')
Car was well-prepared: filled up and clean.
Pick up spot was pretty convenient - literally next to our hotel.

Service an response rate was great. Car was low air on one tire and had a brake lamp warning on but other than that fantastic drive.

First time user of this app. Very happy. The parking garage is a bit confusing. Pick up was a little different then typical car rental. Host was very responsive and immediately responded even at like 1am.... Car runs and drives absolutely fine. We drove it all week. Took it to Haulover, Miami, Key Largo. Put about 500 miles on this car. Has typical wear and tear of a 2019. Served its purpose very well for us. Didn't use the convertible top to much. But the few times I did. It operated and functioned normally. It does have a "check center brake light" on in the dash. Just kinda got used to it and would just exit to the trip menu. Would 100% rent this car again. No questions asked.
