Hey I’m so sorry my phone was broke but I thought I had to return the car round the same time I got it. Again I’m to sorry but i get’s off at 6:00 old my god I’m so sorry so what happens now am I in trouble

Had a very bad experience with the Mazda The tire axles broke on me as I was driving the next day. I was very disappointed ,lucky I was not on the highway at that time. very poor, and rude communication from the host. Haven’t heard anything back yet from the host no apology, no anything,but want me to rate my experience.!!!!
