Everything was fine but the car smell like marihuana. I only let the host know upon car return.

Jorge, thank you for your feedback. We respectfully dispute the odor claim. I personally welcomed you at pickup and was inside the vehicle, which was clean and free of any marijuana odor. No concerns were raised during your rental, only upon return. Had we been notified earlier, we would have gladly addressed the matter immediately. We take our reputation seriously and remain committed to providing exceptionally clean, well-maintained vehicles and outstanding service to every guest.
Great communication and timely responses. Wonderful experience overall.

Great car! great host! Everything went as expected!

Smell like weed, couldn’t go away, the trunk doesn’t close at all, the gas measure is glitch and poor customer service
And the air conditioner had a really bad smell.

We’d like to clarify this guest’s review. They mentioned a weed smell and poor service. Actually, the scent was from our routine ozone treatment to keep the car fresh, and when he picked up the car, we immediately offered to switch vehicles if he preferred. He declined and said it was fine. We routinely ask if everything’s okay during rentals. Also, the fuel gauge and trunk were working perfectly, so we’re puzzled by the comments. We take pride in our service!
