Host was great and communication was excellent but the car was in a terrible shape. Not what I was expecting for the amount of money I had to pay. On top of it, one of the calipers seized up and we had to switch cars what messed my entire schedule. I honestly can't recommend it to anyone looking to have fun and enjoy their vacation.
Sorry you feel this way Stephen. During your trip an ABS sensor failure triggered warning lights—unfortunate, but it didn’t affect drivability. I acted quickly and swapped you into another vehicle to minimize disruption. That said, I understand how disruptive it can feel on a trip. As for the vehicle’s condition, I take pride in maintaining my cars to a high standard and regularly receive positive feedback from guests. I’ll continue working to deliver the best experience possible for everyone.
