The car was just okay… road rough after 60 mph - which was stressful since the highway speed limit in FL is 70. The car also wouldn’t start due to a key and engine disconnect, and left us stranded. I contacted our host and he informed me that this has happened before! He brought us a new car but we had to wait an hour and half for him to get there. During this time we had to pay for additional street parking. The host responded quickly, but what a huge inconvenience and some time wasted which put our evening plans behind. The car also has a ton of dents and scratches, and the drivers seat has staining in the bottom cushion. The remote is not keyless… you have to manually lock and unlock the door, the trunk does not have a keyhole… you have to unlock the drivers door to pop the trunk. The host was a very nice guy, but I will not rent with him again.

We always strive to resolve any issue promptly and make sure our guests are taken care of. In this case, we also waived the fuel requirement for both vehicles to help compensate for the inconvenience.

Not what we expected. The car did not start when we first arrived. It’s alright for a small vehicle to get you from a to z.

At pickup, the vehicle did not start immediately because the immobilizer system was not recognizing the key signal at first. This can occasionally happen with modern key systems. The vehicle battery was not low, and the car started normally once the key was properly recognized.
Our team was available through the Turo messaging system and ready to assist during the process. We maintain our vehicles regularly and take pride in keeping them reliable.

Needed a car with good gas mileage for 2 days. It did the job.

Fuel efficiency, surprisingly fast, would recommend for long drives but great for running around the city or a night out.
