First car I paid for with this just was a BMW SUV the second I got home with it an engine issue message popped up and the host asked me to return it. I drove it all the way back and their swap car was NOT the suv I paid for but a little sedan Kia that was in horrible shape and the AC didn’t work. I had to drive to Tampa with my 1yr old in a crappy hot car it was so bad.
I even returned their car 4 hours early and the host would not grant me a refund for those 4 hours which is what the Turo policy states cost me an extra $85 .
This host was not professional and has HORRIBLE vehicles I don’t ever leave reviews like this stay away from this host worse experience I’ve ever had !!!

Jose was a great host! The Kia K4 was clean, smooth, and everything was exactly as expected. Communication was great and the whole experience was easy and hassle free. Would definitely rent from Jose again!
