Fantastic Turo experience! The host was friendly, professional, and very responsive throughout the entire rental. The car was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Pickup and drop-off were smooth and hassle-free, which made the whole experience even better. I would definitely rent from this host again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and easy Turo rental!

Pick up location was great, perfect instructions from the host who directed us where exactly to find it. The car ran well, no problem with vehicle operation.
The biggest concern we had were the tires. We noticed the rear two tires had no tread on them. We notified the owner who told us they were “legal”. He told us they were at least the required 4/32.
We continually expressed concern that we felt they were unsafe. After many conversations with the owner, even sending photos, he finally agreed to have them replaced. This meant we had to spend over an hour of our vacation sitting in a tire repair shop where it was confirmed the tires were not only bald but dangerous. They were described as dry with the “wear bar” visible. We took more photos of the car at the shop with numbers 1 and 2 written on the tires. Based on the owners response we felt he was dismissing our concerns, even though the tire professionals confirmed them. In the end, our biggest disappointment was that the owner never acknowledged the condition of the tires or showed empathy for our worry and inconvenience even with all the evidence we provided him. If needed, I can provide photos of the tires.

Thank you for the feedback, you had an incident that resulted in a broken windshield and wanted for me to conspire with you to commit insurance fraud, against Turo and my policy carrier. Only after I refused and turned down your (very persistent) request, the tires became an issue.
