The host kept the key in his pocket, leaving us stranded for two hours after shutting the car off. The blinker was out and he blamed it on our luggage. He kept locking the car from his app which locked the keys inside the car and left us stranded. The screen shuts off when you turn the wheel to the left which ends the navigation which is a safety
Concern when driving in Miami. He was nice but there were too many safety co Crema to leave a good review.

BOOK IT WITH YOUR EYES CLOSED! 10/10. Miguel was very flexible and communication friendly. Made our first TURO experience one we will never forget on the most positive side. We picked up the car at the airport, where he met us and went through the basics of the car, and let us deliver it on a parking garage right next to our hotel in downtown Miami, making everything easier. Car handled, great very comfortable and had great fuel efficiency. We will definitely book the car again with him once we are back in the country.
