Very unprofessional! The car had to change before I picked it up. He did not update my rental. I was supposed to have a Honda Accord I think ...I ended up with Ikea soul.... which isn't a problem except I noticed the tire tread on the back of the car was really low. I'm from MN so usually it's only a problem in the winter. However luck would have it that a car ended up slamming their brakes in front of us. I slammed on mine. I was following back a couple car lengths. The sole slid into the car in front of us which it should have stopped but with the tire tread being technically bald it did not.. The damage was very minimal to both vehicles. I messaged the host about the tires and the accident ... And he told me not to blame the tires that it was my fault that I wasn't paying attention or I was following too close which is very unprofessional. And the fact that he didn't take responsibility for the tires being bald was very disappointing and unprofessional and he already had a bad review previously I seen for the same thing.. checked all four tires. The front tires were okay. The tread marker was still intact. The back tire and marker was completely level with the tire and looks like they've been that way for quite a while. Which means the tired is considered bald and is unsafe for driving. Which it is his responsibility to make sure the vehicle is road safe in every Factor. The fact that he rented to me with ball tires is very unsafe and unprofessional. I would have rated it higher if he would have taken responsibility for the tires.....and did not make a comment about my driving and the accident.

Pickup wasn't as easy as I hoped it would be. The brake lights were stuck on and it drained the battery overnight and we had to find something to jump the car. All that being said, Dario was very responsive to texts and answered all my questions. He drove out to my location to fix the brake light issue. The charging ports don't work on the vehicle, but Android Auto worked great. The car doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles, but it functioned great getting us from one place to the other. It was clean and getting the keys was easy. Overall very satisfied with the rental.

Car was not in acceptable external condition upon pickup, charging ports are busted, wheels are all spares, annoying vibration in the dashboard, whomever left the vehicle in airport parking did not leave the parking slip in the car which turned into a nightmare to leave and cost me money

Unclear where vehicle was parked due to it being a newer airport parking lot - v far from baggage claim so walked for a long time with luggage and had to pay parking. The rear view mirror was loose and fell off a few times, had to be delicately put back otherwise it wld fall off again. Otherwise car performed well for our visit to key largo.

Car did the job with great gas mileage, but it’s older and makes some interesting sounds.
