This car had a horrible smell of marijuana and I found a cockroach im the cup holder when I received the car, the back tires are all damaged and in terrible condition. I had a tire pop on me due to its deteriorating condition and owner didn’t even offer to pay back $200 that it cost me to fix this tire which was not due to my fault but to its condition it was given to me in.
The vehicle was delivered in excellent condition and properly inspected before the trip. The tire issue occurred on day 6 of a 10-day rental, which indicates it was not present at pickup and can happen unexpectedly during normal driving. I always aim to assist guests professionally, but some comments made were disrespectful and inaccurate. I take pride in maintaining my vehicles, as this business supports my family and reputation.
