It's quite good, but the seat is a bit too low for me.
First of all, you arrived late for pickup and did not communicate anything in advance. You also did not inform me that you intended to return the vehicle earlier than the agreed time.
Second, the vehicle is fully equipped with standard adjustments. The seats adjust in all directions — forward and backward, up and down, as well as backrest angle — and the mirrors also adjust in every direction.
Finally, during return, you entered a one-way road in the wrong direction.
