We responded to the guest immediately. We simply asked the guest to update the return time in the Turo app before we could complete the check-out process. Hosts cannot change a guest’s trip or return time on their behalf—only the guest can do that. Unfortunately, the delay was caused by the reservation not being updated, not by a lack of communication from us.
