Horrible experience ! Car stalled to get told they will pick up car and only once it’s picked up we could call to have another and we are stuck in an other city on a beach .

Commutation with the host was poor. We had to message the host at the time the trip was supposed to start to ask where to find the car and get the keys. It wasn’t until then they communicated that they were delayed to drop off and would not be there for another 20-30 minutes. They said they would “compensate the time when returned.” 30 minutes added to the end of our trip was not beneficial as we had a flight. Just wish they did a better job at communicating the delay. The car was clean and smelled nice. The a/c is not very strong. It was fine for the spring, but once sitting in the sun on a warmer day, it took forever to cool down. After putting gas, the car smelled heavily of gasoline and we would see smoke coming from the hood. That was concerning. Overall, the car was fine. Just could likely use maintenance and better communication.

We do our best to accommodate everyone; however, when a guest arrives late, there may be a short wait as we assist other scheduled customers. We manage multiple reservations and work hard to keep everything running smoothly. We appreciate your comments and are glad to hear the vehicle was clean and met your expectations overall. No communication- these people are probably scamming people into just canceling to get the cancellation fee without you actually getting the car beware another famous miami scam
This review is inaccurate. The guest never arrived to pick up the vehicle and instead sent someone who was not listed as an authorized driver on the reservation. For safety and insurance reasons, we can only release the vehicle to the verified primary renter or an approved driver through the platform. Because the guest never came in person, the vehicle was never shown or delivered. We strictly follow the platform’s rules to protect both parties.
